Several steps of the installation of active partition

1. observation of the construction environment

The investigation and construction environment is the first must. 2 Measurement and positioning

By calculating the weight of the active partition wall, the load of the track and the specifications and fixed ways of the embedded parts are determined. The embedded parts of the track must be firmly installed, and the track should be firmly fixed with the main structure. All metal parts should be rust protected.

4. installation orbit

(1) suspended track: the fixed way of suspension is to install pulley on the top of the partition fan and connect it to the upper suspension track. The track and pulley shall be selected according to the load and weight. The light movable partition wall is fixed on the top wooden frame or steel frame by wood screws or screws. The heavy duty movable partition is fixed on the steel skeleton by screwing screws or welding.

2. Supporting track: the supporting way is that the pulley is in the lower part of the partition board, and the ground track forms the lower supporting point. The track is fixed with the expansion bolt or the track embedded parts, and the guide rail is mounted on the top wood frame.

(3) when installing the track, the pulley or track should be installed in advance according to the specific conditions of the track (usually by 1/2 wall).

5 install active panel

According to the installation method, the pulley alignment is accurately drawn on each panel, and then the fixing frame of the pulley is fixed on the top or bottom of the partition fan with screws. Then the panels are loaded into the track individually, adjusting the panels perpendicular to the ground, and pushing and pulling flexibly. Finally, all the fans are connected and fixed. Usually, the adjacent panels are connected by hinge.

6. decorating

Face the design according to the design requirements. Generally, soft bags, mounted cold mounted solid wood panels, decorative panels, glazing and so on. After finishing, finish painting or finishing. Decorative decoration construction is carried out according to the corresponding two criteria.

7. debug

After the installation of the movable panel, the details of the panel height and sealing should be adjusted. After debugging, the site will be cleared and the installation work completed.
