The fixed way is to install pulley on the top surface of the partition fan, and is connected with the upper suspension rail, thus forming the whole upper supporting point. At the lower end of the partition, a track is usually set on the floor of the building, which simultaneously guides and prevents the clapboard from tilting at the horizontal side. It is important to note that, as the upper support point, the installation of the pulley should maintain the vertical relationship with the partition, so that the fan can adjust its angle at any time. In addition, the guide rail of the upper end of the upper suspension pulley track is not required to be set, and the installation position of the upper pulley is mainly considered. Set up. When the pulley is located at the end of the partition, the vertical position and direction of the partition can be maintained by adding a slideway or a guide rod at the lower end of the partition because the center support point of the partition is not on the same line. When the upper pulley is located in the central part of the top of the partition fan, it is generally not necessary to set up the track on the ground. This will not only make the structure more simple, but also make the floor more smooth and beautiful. Of course, in the second cases, for the gap between the partition and the floor, the proper method should be adopted: first, the rubber seal brush is set on both sides of the partition fan, and the two is to process the flat bottom into a groove, and the sealing sill is set in the groove.

Support oriented fixation

This interlocking method is basically similar to the preceding suspension oriented fixation. What is different is that in this type of support oriented structure, the pulley is installed at the bottom of the bottom of the partition, and together with the track on the floor to form the lower support point, supporting the partition and ensuring the function of the movement and rotation of the partition. A guide bar is installed on the top surface of the partition fan. The aim is to prevent the sway of the fan, so that the fan can be kept stable when subjected to lateral thrust. Obviously, this way is only to change the position of the pulley and guide rod in the above way, but because the suspension system can be saved and the structure is more simple, so the application is very wide. Reason. The advantage of the two-dimensional moving fixed method is that it can not only divide the space through linear motion in a particular position, but also change the position of the partition according to the needs, thus making the space more flexible. In other words, it has the advantages of not only the stability of the movable partition, the strong decoration and the degree of limitation, but also the mobility and flexibility of the screen type partition. Therefore, in recent years, this partition method has been widely used in large space, especially in large space where internal activities often change. Through this partition, the space can be flexibly organized and divided according to the requirements of different time and different activities in the same space.

From the point of view of structure, the way of partitioning is merely to repeat the two times or more times in the mobile installation method mentioned above.
